"This product is a HIT! Do you remember Parker Posey in Party Girl? If you do, you will remember that every day she had a falafel and baba ganoush from a New York street vendor. If Falafel Republic was around then she could have saved a lot of money and probably have gotten a better tasting falafel. This fully-cooked blend of chick peas, fava beans and herbs and spices is tasty, and not at all dry. Keep in mind that these are deep fried, but do not taste oily whatsoever. For a real treat, warm them up in the microwave for 20-25 seconds. These are gluten-free and dairy-free.
